Zumba Fitness - Latin Workout Routine 4 Dvds Box-set

Zumba dancing is a form of aerobic exercise - a combination of energetic dance spectacular and intensive workout that combines Latin rhythms with enchanting and simple, easily repeatable movement. A special feature of the program - classes are based on improvisation, which allows you to create a relaxed atmosphere, more in keeping with dance-party, rather than exhausting monotonous training.
